Frankston Yacht Club (FYC) relies on its members to help keep our sailing events running smoothly. With 27 organized sailing days throughout the season, we ask all members to contribute by completing four (4) duty shifts per season—ideally, two per half.
Some roles require qualifications (such as a Marine Licence or Instructor accreditation), and we may call upon qualified members more frequently where needed.
How You Can Help
We encourage all members to sign up for their preferred duty shifts to help keep our club running. You can now choose your preferred weekends by selecting an event in the Duty Roster Schedule. If you make an error or need to swap a date, please notify our roster coordinator for corrections.

| Start Boat (Mako) | 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm | Start boat duties |
| Course Boat (Gradnell) | 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm | Course laying duties |
| Safety Boat LG (RIB) | 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm | Rescue on the water |
| Beach Matting Pack-Up | 5:00 pm | Pack away beach matting |
| Bar & Club Pack-Up | 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Serve members and pack up club rooms |

How to Get Started
1️⃣ Login: You will have received an email invitation to access DutyMan. Alternatively, click here to log in:

Enter your email address, and a login code will be emailed to you.
2️⃣ Check Your Roster: Once logged in, you can view your assigned duties and upcoming responsibilities.
3️⃣ Make Adjustments: Need to swap a duty? Simply submit a request through the platform.
