 Membership Terms

By submitting this form, you understand and agree to the following:

1. Membership Eligibility
   While you are welcome to apply for membership, acceptance is subject to the club's standard membership criteria, availability, and approval by the FYC committee. Completing this form does not entitle you to membership or any FYC membership benefits.

2. Club Rules and Policies
   As a participant in FYC activities, you agree to adhere to all club rules, policies, and safety guidelines during your time at the club. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity and/or disqualification from future participation.

3. Liability and Risk Assumption
   By participating in FYC activities, you acknowledge and assume all inherent risks involved in boating, water sports, and related activities. Frankston Yacht Club, its volunteers, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while participating.

4. No Guarantee of equipment/boat storage
   This waiver explicitly states that signing and submitting this form does not automatically grant or guarantee you equipment or boat storage at FYC. A separate application process is required for anyone interested in storing equipment at the club. https://www.fyc.com.au/events/245956

5. Photography and Media Release
   By participating in FYC activities, you consent to the use of any photos, videos, or media taken for promotional purposes by FYC.
